ABL Bio Technologies to allot GDRs

ABL Bio Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2008 has approved the allotment of 820,000 GDRs representing the 4,100,000 equity shares of Rs 10/ each at an issue price of US $ 8.15 per GDR amounting to $6,683,000. Each GDR represents 5 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
