Power Grid Corporation to consider setting up subsidiary on Jul 12, 2008

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 12, 2008, to consider and approve the setting up of a wholly owned subsidiary Company of Power Grid for independent System Operation of the National Load Dispatch Center (yet to be operative) and the Regional Load Dispatch Centers.
