Omax Autos Board recommends dividend of 15%

Omax Autos Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 15% (Rs 1.50 per equity share), subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
