Dredging Corporation Board recommends final dividend of 75%

Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 75% in addition to the interim dividend of 75% paid in February, 2008.
