Net profit of Phillips Carbon Black rose 4.42% to Rs 22.90 crore in the quarter ended June 2008 as against Rs 21.93 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2007. Sales rose 27.44% to Rs 299.25 crore in the quarter ended June 2008 as against Rs 234.81 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2007.
