Net profit of Oswal Chemicals & Fertilizers declined 47.12% to Rs 12.47 crore in the quarter ended June 2008 as against Rs 23.58 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2007. Sales declined 28.67% to Rs 20.60 crore in the quarter ended June 2008 as against Rs 28.88 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2007.
