Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals reported net loss of Rs 31.65 crore in the quarter ended June 2008 as against net profit of Rs 51.30 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2007. Sales rose 21.91% to Rs 287.66 crore in the quarter ended June 2008 as against Rs 235.97 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2007.
