Orbit Corporation Ltd has announced that the Company has acquired 100% Equity shares of Orbit Residency Pvt Ltd consequent to which it has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The prime objective of Orbit Residency Pvt. Ltd is to acquire small size plots of up to 1000 sq meters or yielding a saleable area of less than 35000 SFT.The Stock closed the day at Rs.261.55, down by Rs.13.75 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.287.40 and low of Rs.261.55.The total traded quantity was 130877 compared to 2 week average of 83176.
