Mundra Port to consider merger of companies with Adani Logistics Ltd

Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone Ltd has announced that Inland Conware Pvt Ltd (ICPL) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has intimated proposed merger with Adani Logistics Ltd (ALL) & Inland Conware Ludhiana Pvt Ltd (ICLPL) the Transferor Companies. Inland Conware Ludhiana Pvt Ltd (ICLPL) being subsidiary of Inland Conware Pvt Ltd (ICPL), all the three companies are subsidiaries of the Company.This matter will be considered by the Board of Directors at their meeting scheduled to be held on July 28, 2008.
