Lupin buys German co Hormosan Pharma

Lupin has aquired Germany-based company Hormosan Pharma. Hormosan Pharma has sales of more than 6.8 million euros in 2007, reports CNBC-TV18.
Lupin is eyeing a growth of more than 40% for FY09. It may license a molecule in future.
