Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has announced that Indiabulls Power Services Ltd (IPSL), a 100% subsidiary of Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (the Company), has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Government of Madhya Pradesh for setting up of 2640 MW power project to be set up in two stages of 1320 MW each, in the State of Madhya Pradesh. In terms of the MOU, the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall facilitate and extend all reasonable help and assistance to IPSL for setting up the aforesaid project.
The stock closed the day at Rs.299.65, up by Rs.35.60 or 13.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.309 and low of Rs.268.
The total traded quantity was 1986501 compared to 2 week average of 936798.
