Himatsingka Seide reported net loss of Rs 35.08 crore in the quarter ended June 2008 as against net profit of Rs 9.16 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2007. Sales rose 101.62% to Rs 79.86 crore in the quarter ended June 2008 as against Rs 39.61 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2007.
