Gayatri Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2008, has approved the Recommendation of Dividend of 25% on the Paid up Capital of the Company (subject to the approval of Shareholders in the AGM to be held on September 29, 2008.
