CRISIL Board declares interim dividend of 100%

CRISIL Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2008, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs 10 per share having nominal value of Rs 10 each.The stock was trading at Rs.3600, down by Rs.84.10 or 2.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3790 and low of Rs.3501.The total traded quantity was 625 compared to 2 week average of 141.
