ABC Paper recommends dividend of 25%

ABC Paper Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2008, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend @ 7% on the Preference Shares of Rs 10/- each and @ 25% on the Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2008, for declaration at the Annual General Meeting.
