Zandu Pharmaceutical Works Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 06, 2008, inter alia, for considering the proposal for issue of equity shares / warrants / other convertible instruments to promoters, their relatives, associates, other investors on preferential basis, subject to approval of members in the general meeting.
