INOX Leisure allots shares on merger of Calcutta Cine Pvt Ltd

INOX Leisure Ltd has announced that in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Calcutta Cine Pvt Ltd into Inox Leisure Ltd, as approved by the High Courts of Judicature at Gujarat and Calcutta, the Board of Directors, at their meeting held on June 09, 2008, have allotted further 2,27,748 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each to the shareholders of Calcutta Cine Pvt Ltd.With the issue of the above shares the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 61,89,55,480 (Rupees Sixty One Crores Eighty-Nine Lacs Fifty-five Thousand Four Hundred Eighty only).
